  • Where are your pieces made?

    Our jewelry pieces are exclusively handcrafted in Singapore.

  • What are your earring posts made of?

    We use earring posts and butterfly backings made of stainless steel. We love stainless steel as it is resistant to corrosion and tarnish, therefore reaction to elements in the environment takes a much longer time to manifest as compared to other metals. Unlike low quality gold-plated metals that wear off and tarnish quickly, stainless steel ages well.

  • How do I care for my jewelry?

    Our handcrafted pieces are tested and made for daily wear but are delicate by nature due to the construction and materials used. Remove jewelry before exercising and avoid contact with makeup and liquids. To clean, use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the surfaces after use. You may also use an alcohol swab to clean the earring posts. Store your pieces on the earrings cards and in their individual Olive Dusk boxes to prevent scratches, tangles and prolonged exposure to sunlight. Keep in a cool, dry place.

  • Currency

    Our prices are listed in Singapore dollars.

  • Orders

    Our jewelry are stocked in small and limited quantities. Orders placed are processed, packed and mailed out within 2-3 working days.

  • Handmade-to-order

    Some items are only handmade-to-order, and will be stated in the product description. This means your order will only be made when you order and will ship within 4-6 weeks.

  • Local Shipping (Singapore)

    All of our Singapore orders are sent using a local courier service with tracking information available. When your order is shipped, we will update you with the tracking details for your package. Local shipping is complimentary with all orders. Delivery during non-peak periods will take 2-3 business days.

  • International Shipping

    We currently only ship within Singapore and are working towards shipping internationally. If you are overseas and would like to place an order, please write to us at olivedusk@gmail.com.

  • Accepted Modes of Payment

    Most credit cards are accepted via Stripe.

  • Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

    For hygiene reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds on our earrings. For the same reasons, jewelry worn for our test-runs and photoshoots are never sold to you and you can be assured that your Olive Dusk pieces are completely new and unworn. We take utmost care in crafting our jewelry and packing your orders, and we hope you’ll love them. If there is an issue with your order, we’d love to make things right.
